About Villa Artemis
Villa Artemis stands on a hillside just outside the traditional Greek village of Gennadi, which gives it a fabulous view over the bay and offers wonderful seclusion. This exclusive site has the advantage of being close to the village and beach, but is far enough away from other developments and the main road, making it ideal for a relaxing, family holiday. It sleeps 4/6 in two bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge.
The villa has its own 4G based wifi data connection, which is more than sufficient for emails and staying in touch with friends and family on social media.
Living Spaces
The villa is ideally suited for outdoor living, with plenty of space to enjoy the sun, but indoors it is fully air conditioned with a high standard of decoration and equipment. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large private sun terrace. Downstairs there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and a shower room with a toilet.
Pool side area
Outdoors
Outdoors there is a substantial and shady pergola so you can relax or dine out of the direct sunlight. The pool area has a 4m x 8m fully tiled swimming pool with outstanding views over the bay and mountains. The pergola and pool area are furnished with a wooden dining table and six padded chairs, as well as six sun loungers and two parasols. A barbecue stands by the pergola for easy outdoor cooking. The upstairs sun terrace has total privacy and is not overlooked by the other villas, so you can get an all over tan!
The landscaped garden has numerous fruit trees, cacti, hibiscus and flowering oleander. Behind the villa there is ample private space to park several cars.
The villa has a South and Westerly aspect giving it sunshine on the pool all day long. Early birds can enjoy the sunrise over the sea, or you can chill out while watching the sunset over the mountain, with a nice glass of white wine.
Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Room
The lounge is well furnished with a double sofa bed, two comfortable arm chairs and a chest of drawers. There is a coffee table, Satellite TV, DVD, Playstation 2 with games, a bluetooth equipped stereo system and a portable bluetooth speaker. There is a small collection of games, DVDs and books to keep you amused. A full length sliding door gives total privacy when the lounge is being used as a bedroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, full size dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a washing machine. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils.
The adjacent dining room also has a table and four chairs. Sliding doors lead straight on to the pergola for easy access to the barbecue on the edge of the patio.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The main bedroom has a double bed and substantial built in wardrobes. There is a small safe and a patio door leads straight on to the private upstairs sun terrace. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a free standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, so there is plenty of storage. We have also provided a cot to accommodate a little one.
Sliding doors offer access to the totally secluded upstairs terrace.
Bathrooms
Upstairs the main bathroom has a bath, shower, wc, wash basin, mirrored unit and a hairdryer.
Downstairs there is a shower room with a wc and wash basin.
